First Aid Training in Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford and throughout Greater Vancouver

At First Responders, we offer critical life saving skills such as Emergency First Aid and CPR Training. Our instructors have backgrounds as educators and emergency first responders.

What is First Aid?

First aid is a valuable life skill that is applicable in any environment. It provides people with the rescue skills to manage illness or injuries while accessing emergency services. First aid training also has an injury prevention role as research has shown that individuals with first aid training are less likely to become injured.

What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is the core of all first aid. This training focuses on life threatening conditions such as shock, heart attack, stroke and airway obstructions. Scenario focused training builds confidence in our responses to the most common of medical emergencies. CPR has several levels: CPR-A, CPR-B, CPR-C and CPR-C HCP.
