Excellent experience. I like how David, an instructor, taught the lesson for standard first aid certificate. He was very kind and nice, also friendly, and has great knowledge and experience as a first aid instructor and first aid provider himself.

I've attended BLS courses at other businesses and this course - with David - was by FAR the best! David teaches the course content from a realistic perspective and has a great sense of humour that makes the content much less dry!

It’s probably the best experience of all First Training I had in my life. David Russell was spot on every topic, made it very interesting and engaging. I might consider upgrading if I decided to go for EMTs or any medical Jobs in the future under his class.

Today, I learned First Aid and CPR from David. He was really good at teaching and made it easy to understand. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the subject matter and was able to effectively convey the importance of proper First Aid and CPR techniques. I feel more confident now to help in emergencies.
