Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is the core of all first aid. CPR has several levels: CPR-A, CPR-C and BLS Responder (CPR-C HCP).
“AED” stands for automated external defibrillator, and “BLS” stands for Basic Life Support.
CPR A and C (with AED) – Register Below
CPR A teaches resuscitation skills needed to help adults and children over 8 years old. Learn critical lifesaving skills, such as: how to recognize and treat the early signs of heart attack, activate EMS, perform CPR, and use an AED and help someone who is choking. CPR A teaches resuscitation skills needed to help adults and children over 8 years old.
Be prepared to save a life! Knowing how to activate EMS, perform CPR, and use an AED are critical lifesaving skills that everyone should have. Learn how to recognize and treat the early signs of heart attack – additional skills include how to help someone who is choking and perform CPR when there is more than one rescuer. CPR C with AED teaches the skills needed to help adults, children and infants.

CURRENCY: Certification is valid for 3 years from date of issue
Basic Life Support Responder (CPR C – HCP) *NO WRITTEN TEST*
Basic Life Support Responder (CPR-C HCP) adds training that allows medical professionals, such as nurses and dental hygienists, to coordinate with EMS personnel during a medical emergency.
